Can I print full-color designs??
Yes! Sublimation allows for unlimited colors, gradients, and intricate designs without additional costs for color changes.
Will the design fade or crack over time?
No. Since the dye bonds with the fabric fibers, sublimated designs do not peel or crack and remain vibrant even after repeated washing.
How durable is sublimated sportswear?
Sublimated sportswear is highly durable, resistant to sweat, and machine-washable. The print won’t fade easily, making it ideal for intense athletic use.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)
We offer low MOQs (as few as 10 pieces) for custom sublimation orders.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders may be available.
Can I customize different sizes and styles?
Yes! Sublimation allows for individual sizing, team uniforms, and unique designs per garment without extra setup fees.
Do you offer sample orders?
Yes, sample orders are available so you can check quality before bulk production.
What file format do you need for printing?
We recommend high-resolution (300 DPI) vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
Are there design limitations?
Sublimation allows for all-over prints, but very fine details (tiny text or ultra-thin lines) may not reproduce perfectly.
What fabrics are best for sublimation printing?
Sublimation works best on polyester or polyester-blend fabrics (ideally 85% polyester or higher). Natural fibers like cotton cannot be sublimated unless specially coated.
